What is Coaching?

MMS Coaching is a accredited by The International Coaching Federation (ICF) who defines coaching as "Partnering with client's in a thought-Provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential"

A coaching session is a highly focused 30-60 minutes conversation between two people focus on a specific concern, issue or a challenge.

Coaching is not counseling, consulting, mentoring, nor is it therapy, coaching is client focused and action-oriented, if client choose to work together, client and coach enter into a partnership of empowerment and support. My job as a coach is to support client with my intention. My questions, and my belief in client ability. Client's job is to agree to receive support, to work collaboratively with the coach, to allow client's self to know the answers, and to communicate fully to the coach so that client and coach are truly a partnership.

Coaching helps with transitions, life challenges, making difficult decisions, planning your life or projects, and in  developing yourself. 

No matter what area you want to focus on, coaching will help you deal with your challenges and opportunities in relation to your self and with others. Developing yourself works best with a partner; determining what is important to you and having the support of accountability makes all the difference.

 

Phases in Your Coaching Package

1. Define what you want

Life can be confusing and even overwhelming at times. It is not always clear where to start defining what you want. Your first step is to meet with me, your coach, to explore together what is important for you at this point in your life.

 

 

2. Formulate Your Goals

When you determine what you want to work on, the next step is to clarify your goals. Clarifying your goals means making them Spicific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-based. Establishing your focus enables you achieve your goals. This is best accomplished with a partner...your coach!

In order to achieve your goals in certain situations, you will want to change old habits and maybe break old patterns. For example: procrastination, fear of making a mistake, or the inability to commit may stop you from moving forward. 

 

3. Develop Your Self-Confidence

Building courage and self-confidence are essential to believing in yourself.  Rather than talking yourself out of your dreams and goals, you want to have conviction and commitment toward what you want to accomplish.  In the coaching experience, you want to believe that you can live the life you truly want to step into. This is something that I, as your coach, will help you develop!

ABOUT ME

What inspire me to become a coach:

​

The first time before I pursue coaching career I had experienced coaching with client. In the session I helped my client get to deep down to understand herself. I feel so much happiness that what I do can be so meaningful to others. To be a coach and coach others to unlock their potentials and support each individual be the best they can be, that's what I want to be.

​

Why I Coach Expat:

​

Someone told me we always want to go back to the best time

 

of our life. As I went to international school in my secondary

 

school and that was my best time of my life. There was a group

 

of foreigner teacher and friends, I feel like this is where I

 

belong. They are like my family, and made me feel like home

 

everyday. It was a small community where there are love, care,

 

and understanding for each other. Each individual in the

 

community has their own personality but we still live in a

 

harmonious way.

​

Now when foreigners are in my country. If I can be a part to

 

help you to live in this like you belong to. I am surely

 

here to support.
